The 21st Century Classroom was commissioned by the BBC to research how learning and teaching processes might be further transformed using software programmes which they were developing, along with state of the art information and communication technologies including dedicated computer work stations, image projection, an editing suite and interactive presentation tools. School classes and their teachers are invited to the Classroom, where both the BBC and the students benefit from the experimental programme.
