This state of the art 25m competition pool, club and changing facility was provided at an extremely competitive cost. The design was rigorously value engineered to give a cost/m² of £940. The pool hall, nevertheless, is light, airy and attractive; recognised as a benchmark design by Sport England and winning awards at local and national level.
