This administration building is the key component of the Phase 1 development of the Jenkins Lane Waste Management Facility. It incorporates a public visitors’ centre, offices, dining and changing facilities serving the operational staff. The first floor accommodation is expressed architecturally as a ribbon-windowed metal clad box raised on a rendered plinth, which acts as a visual beacon for both staff and visitors.
