Studio E Architects operates a Quality Management System that includes aspects specific to design, project management and contract administration.
The Quality Management System must establish the goals on which the quality management is based. Amongst other things, these goals are established to ensure that the organisation’s processes are clearly identified, regularly monitored and recorded, and remain effective.
The Organisation complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Studio E Architects has a continuing commitment to:
- Provide clients with a range of architectural and sustainable design services in order to realise a high quality project, within budget and programmes, which fulfils the client’s requirements and result in well-considered architecture;
- Ensure that client needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving client satisfaction;
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and ensure all main activities are monitored;
- Establish the Quality Policy and its objectives and ensure that they are fully and completely understood by its employees, and that its procedures are implemented and maintained at all times;
- Ensure that the Management Reviews set and review the quality objectives, and reports on the Internal Audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System;
- Ensure the availability of resources and encourage every employee to make the best use of theirs skills and experience both to maximise their own potential as well as benefiting the practice.
The Quality Manual is the means by which Studio E documents its Quality Management System and satisfies the requirements of its clients. The structure of the Quality Management System is defined in its Quality Manual.
All personnel understand the requirements of this Quality Policy and abide with the contents of the Quality Manual.
Studio E constantly monitors its quality performance and implements improvements when appropriate.
This Quality Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuing suitability.
